Cranberry Salsa

Cranberry Salsa
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 TBL grated orange peel
1 seedless orange, peeled and chopped
1 TBL ginger root
1 TBL parsley
1 TBL cilantro
2 jalapenos
1/3 cup honey
2 TBL frozen orange juice concentrate
The recipe says to put all in a food processer but I like to chop with my chopper and leave it a little chunkier.
